About Wholecares
Wholecares is a UK-based international medical tourism facilitator connecting patients worldwide with licensed healthcare institutions. Treatments are performed at independent hospitals in Istanbul, Turkey that Wholecares coordinates with — hospitals licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health and holding its International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate. Depending on the hospital, they hold further credentials such as TURQUALITY® certification or AACI accreditation.
Wholecares does not perform procedures or operate clinical facilities; it coordinates travel and arranges treatment delivered by independent, licensed hospitals. Wholecares is built to help individuals seeking life-changing transformation through obesity surgery, hair transplantation, IVF treatments, and plastic surgery.

TREATMENT SPECIALTIESAccreditation & Licensing Standards
Trust is earned through rigorous validation. Every hospital Wholecares coordinates with is licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health. The further credentials below vary from hospital to hospital:
- ✓ Turkish Ministry of Health licensing and the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate: Required under the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist's Health, and held by every partner hospital. The certificate belongs to the hospital that treats you, not to Wholecares.
- ✓ TURQUALITY® certification: The Turkish government's brand accreditation program, held by several of the partner hospital groups.
- ✓ AACI (American Accreditation Commission International): A certification recognized by ISQua, reflecting adherence to international health standards, held by some but not all partner hospitals.
- ✓ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems: Supporting consistent, standardized patient care, where the partner hospital holds it.
- ✓ International Surgical Alliances: Wholecares selects partner hospitals whose surgeons hold recognized credentials such as membership of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) or the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

The policy sets out cover for surgery-related complications, including after you return to your own country.
Return Travel
If a return trip is needed for a covered complication, the policy sets out whether flight and hotel costs are included.
